How do I place an order?
1) Select your MedTailor scrub top and/or scrub pants then configure it with your preferred fabric color, pocket type, embroidered name, and complete checkout.
2) On the order confirmation page, you'll receive a link to download the measurement app to get yourself measured. All you need to do is place your phone on the floor leaning against the wall, walk back a few steps, and complete one full rotation. Learn more
3) Your order is now complete! We will now be hard at work creating your unique custom fitted scrubs.

Our Worry-Free fit guarantee provides you with a risk free experience.
If you are dissatisfied with your MedTailor scrubs, we will be happy to remake them for you - for free. Alternatively, you can return them for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your scrubs.
Is it safe to order from medtailor.com?

How does the measurement process work?
The measurement app uses your phone's camera to accurately measure you for the best fitting scrubs you will own.
In under 30 seconds, its machine learning algorithm measures you with a very high level of precision, even more so than a tailor could.
All you need to do is place your phone on the floor leaning against the wall, walk back a few steps, and complete one full rotation. That’s all there is to it!

Who makes the best fitting scrubs?
We proudly make the best fitting scrubs. MedTailor scrubs, be it tops or pants, are all custom made. That means that our fabrics sit on giant rolls and are unfurled only when you place your order.
We then use cutting edge technology to capture your exact body measurements.
Those measurements are next sent to our precise manufacturing system where your fabric is meticulously cut, sewed, and finished by our master tailors.
What materials are used to make MedTailor scrubs?
MedTailor super soft scrubs are made from a perfect blend of 72% polyester, 21% rayon, and 7% Spandex.
How many color fabrics do you offer?
We currently offer MedTailor scrubs in 6 colors;
